Hello there! I am a final-year PhD student in Department of Computer Science in University of California, Santa Barbara. I am working in Bionic Vision Lab.
I have extensive expertise in deep learning, as evidenced by my internships in the industry and my research experience.
During my two internships at Google, I have worked on retrieval-based dynamic few-shot prompting with Bard (an AI chatbot based on large language models), and the optimization of vision transformer models for mobile chips.
My research focus during my PhD is NeuroAI, i.e., the intersection of artificial intelligence and neuroscience. More specifically, I build deep learning and computational models of the biological visual system, and uncover new insights about the retina or the visual cortex.
